Steve & Anne Desmit
Owners
Steve & Anne Moved to Florida in 1982 with their 2 children from Rochester, New York. Steve joined We’ll Floor U store in Stuart, then opened the Jupiter, Florida location in 1983 as a manager. He purchased that location in 1992 & acquired the Stuart Florida location in 1995. Anne then joined as the office manager. They are very proud of the service, products, employees and family atmosphere of their stores, and the reputation as the ‘Hometown Stores That Have It All’.
Michael Strahan
General Manager
Michael specializes in the commercial end of the business. He moved to Jupiter in October of 1982 from Northern Ireland & joined the We'll Floor U family in January 1995. He and his wife Sue have been married for 25 years and counting. They recently become empty-nesters after their two children, Jessica and Ethan, both grew into fantastic young adults.
Dave Agatstein
Manager
Dave is a 62 year-old flooring industry veteran that grew up in the Bronx, NY. He relocated to Miami in 1975 to work for his uncle in home carpet cleaning & dying. A year later, he moved to Los Angeles to open a franchise for the Kemper Carpet Care company. That job led him into carpet sales for a showroom in Beverly Hills. Dave married his lovely wife Nora & relocated to Martin County, FL to raise their two daughter. He's proudly been a part of the We'll Floor U team since 1983.
Kate Gorny
Design Specialist
Kate is the daughter of owners Steve & Anne DeSmit. She started with the We'll Floor U team at age 14. Kate took a break from the flooring industry to persue a degree in Business Marketing from UNF. After earning a bachelor’s degree, she moved to California and worked for a well-established marketing firm before moving back to Florida and re-joining the We'll Floor U team in 2006. Kate specializes in assisting clients with design and color schemes to maximize their flooring experience and meet their needs.
Jeff Gorny
Sales Specialist
Jeff, Kate’s husband, joined the We’ll Floor U team 2013. He comes from a culinary background and was a Sous Chef at Southampton Bath and Tennis in Southampton, NY, where his brother is the General Manager. He also managed Anne Z’s catering company, servicing Palm Beach for the winter season. We are extremely lucky to add Jeff to the family business and have his outgoing, people-oriented personality to help make our company a great place shop for your flooring needs. Jeff and Kate have 2 daughters, Amanda and Sienna.
Randy Cone
Randy's experience in the flooring business begun in his home state of Georgia with five years at Shaw Industries in the manufacturing department. He moved to Florida in 2010 and began his career in flooring sales in 2011 with the firm Services Interior Designers. After 5 years, he started his journey with We’ll Floor U. He gets excited to be a part of a family-owned company with a local hometown feel, providing great service to our customers. He truly enjoys working for this company. Randy is a husband and father of three.
Christopher DiBona
Christopher DiBona began his journey in the flooring industry in early 2015. He decided to join the We'll Floor U Family early in 2019. He brought with him more than 22 years of retail management background. To Christopher, there is no greater feeling than knowing that he makes a difference in assisting customers with design choices in their homes. He loves the hard work, fun and excitement of being on this team. He has the most fun when accomplishing and learning new things with his new work family, Stop in to see Christopher and become a part of his excitement! Christopher got married in 2008 and now has two boys, ages 9 and 4.
Clarence Banks & Nathan Castro
Warehouse Team
Clarence & Nathan keep our warehouse running smoothly. They ensure that our installation crew is sent out each day, receive all the orders, and keep the warehouse in tip-top shape. Clarence joined the We’ll Floor U team in 1998, and Nathan just recently in March of 2018.
